My Story

I grew up believing there were all sorts of things I couldn’t do. Things I just wasn’t good at. The end.

Then I experienced AcroYoga in 2006.

Suddenly, something that was previously impossible was now attainable, with proper support, training, technique, and practice.

The impossible became possible. This was epic.

This radical shift in how I approach life has continued to unfold in incredible ways. I began to step into the world with confidence, and with joy. It had always been there, I just needed a little help letting it out.

This experience - this being able to exist joyfully, in my fullness - has made me passionate about creating these environments for others.

I support people stepping fully into their potential, with love and playfulness to carry them from impossible to possible to yes and beyond.

AcroYoga isn’t the only path. Since 2006, I’ve deepened my own experience via Yoga, Circus Arts, Mindfulness and Meditation, Waldorf Education, parenthood, Prenatal Yoga, child development, Thai Massage, Creative Facilitation, singing, dancing, teaching, and learning.

In all of this work, I am committed to loving myself and everyone around me. Loving ourselves into healing, as Tara Brach says. Every one of us craves a space to belong, to be unconditionally loved, to have every part of themselves accepted. I strive to offer this to people I work with, but more importantly, I teach them the tools to offer that healing space to themselves.
